Dr Bike in Balham for surgeries

To support the opening of the new CS7 Cycle Superhighway, running from Merton to the City, Wandsworth Council is running free ”Dr Bike” safety checks every Wednesday evening in July and August, from 6pm to 8pm, in the Balham Community (next to Sainsbury’s car park).  Dr Bike will check that your tyres, wheels, frame, brakes, gears, and chain are all in good working order and that your seat and handlebars are at the correct height. If Dr Bike believes your bike requires more than basic repairs, you will need to visit a local specialist bike shop.
