Balham runners clubs

Are you bored with running around Tooting or Wandsworth Common. Check out all the great runs around Balham on Nike that other runners have mapped, with distances.  

We're told that to sustain fitness we are to bring variation to our training sessions!  So another way to do it, could be to try joining a local running club. Clapham Chasers Running and Triathlon Club Meet at Cannons Gym Battersea.  Fit for a Princess, run a jog squad for all levels and abilities.  A tad further afield is the Wimbeldon Windmillers Running Club, boasting to be London's second biggest running club and the most friendly with over 700 members of all ages.  

Finally if clubs aren't your thing but you don't want  to run alone, this Yahoo group 'balhamrunners' have forum members who arrange to meet up for runs around our area!
