Residents living in Bedford ward in Balham will get the chance to quiz local politicians and town hall managers at a public meeting next week.
The latest town hall 'report back' session takes place at the Scout Hall, 197 Balham High Road on Tuesday, December 14, starting at 7.30pm.
The council holds regular feedback meetings in each of the borough's 20 electoral wards. These give residents the chance to have their say on a wide range of local issues, including street cleaning, parking, policing, public transport and the NHS - and make sure that town hall politicians and managers understand local people's priorities for their communities.
The meeting will be chaired by the council's deputy leader Cllr Maurice Heaster. Local ward councillors Antonia Dunn, Alex Jacob and John Locker will all be present along with the leader of the opposition Cllr Tony Belton and senior managers from the main council services.
A newsletter is being hand-delivered to every residential and business property in the ward to make sure local people are aware of the meeting.
People unable to attend on the night can email questions at www.wandsworth.gov.uk/listen A summary of the issues raised by residents will be posted on this section of the council's website after the meeting.
