Jon De Maria invites us, via Facebook to several dates for a 'school consultation' on all things to do with the new 'free' school which could be based at the old Bollingbroke Hospital site. All the consultations will take place at Northcote Road Library.  The  dates are Monday 29th November 13:00-15:00, Wednesday 1st December 17:00-19:00 and Saturday 4 December, 9:00-13:00.

Jon writes: "These 3x (sic) dates will all be 'drop in' sessions, so feel free to come by on any of those days between any of those times. There will be lots of info to look at and people to talk to with any questions you may have about the new school. This is your chance to have your say about your school, so pls drop in to see us for 20 mins on any one of those days. In addition, there will be an online facility for you to also feedback on. Following this community consultation, ARK will then submit the formal Business Case to the DfE in December. So this is a vital part of the process and its important you have your say about the new school due to open in Sept 2012 - everything from admissions, to our plan for 'academic excellence', to extended school days, after school clubs, sports, even to what the school badge will look like! So pls diarise now - it will be great to see you! Thank you."

There has been much discussion on this site about all of the issues outlined above, so this is a golden opportunity to hear and be heard.
