Pregnancy class* All levels from 2nd trimester. Drop in £12 or 5 classes £50 (use within 7 weeks).
Streatham at The Capoiera School. No need to book. * Please fill in Health Form before class.

Wednesdays 11.15am - 12.30pm

Anja's yoga classes aim to encourage women to create strength, flexibility and relaxation - physically, mentally and emotionally. In the journey to motherhood, pregnancy and postnatally yoga can support a woman to listen to hear body's intelligence and connect with her baby. Expect physical postures influenced by Vinyasa Flow Yoga, breath awareness and relaxation.
