The Mums and Babies fitness class is specifically designed for people who look after their kids and finding time to exercise and knowing exactly what to do is extremely difficult.
They would like regain their shape but simply can not afford to waste hours and hours of time on exercise each week, possibly find gyms intimidating and hate not knowing what to do when they are there.
My classes are not only about a good work out but I educate mums on exercise that they can incorporate into their daily routine with baby. I work on mindset as well as teach exercise. Its about getting mums to break through the myth that they cant get fit because they are with baby all the the time! The classes are motivational, fun, energetic and a great way to socialise with other mums, share experiences and make friends!
Each week I teach my classes a range of routines they can take home and do in their own time, whether they have only 10 mins or 30 mins free a day or most of their time is with baby, they will be able to carry out exercises with baby and help them to feel stronger, loose weight and ultimately feel great.
Tuesdays 10am - 11am Classes start on the 15th January 2013
Silver £50 - 4 class pass to use within a 45 day expiry.

If it's been a while since you've exercised and you just need to get back in to the swing of things this is a gentle entry back on the road to you! One class per week is the ideal way to kick-start your journey, start boosting your confidence and set your weight loss or fitness in motion.
Gold Combo £120 - 2 x 1 hour personal coaching sessions per month plus 4 class pass (45 day expiry)
A) One to One coaching to accelerate your results and get you losing fat around your stomach and thighs quickly.
B) 1 One hour PT session bi weekly,
C) Mummy Manual - free exercise programme for you to do in your time with or without baby.
When attending the classes please wear loose/comfy clothes, a good support bra and trainers and bring a towel and a bottle of water!
