Map below. Directions: walking out of Balham Rail Station (proceeding
down the stairs and to the right-hand exit) walk up to the lights on
Balham High Road. Keep walking across the High Road and Balham Station
Rd becomes Chestnut Grove just to confuse you. Keep walking one block up
and you can't miss The Regent, a huge Victorian pub on the corner of
Chestnut Grove and Boundaries Road (used to be the Balham Tup, then
something else, apparently...). Walk in the front doors right there on
the corner and you shouldn't be able to miss Andy Mayar & Liam
Johnston's smiling faces waiting to greet you!
