Day and evening classes to prepare you on how to care for your baby and how to make your transformation into being parents as easy as possible.

We run a series of classes on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings (to fit around work) and during the mornings in the week if you're already on maternity leave.

Good for your first or second trimester, we run a course going through what you need to buy for your baby and the things you need to do before labour. This really helps when you go to the baby section in shops, to help you filter out what you really need and why - saving you time and money.

Our second course (best in second or third trimester) focuses on what happens in the early days after having your baby and all the elements of how to care for your baby. This course gives you the confidence to care for your baby and gives you practical tips to make things as easy for you as possible.

For the third trimester we run a course which focuses on sleep and routines, so that this is top of mind when your baby comes.

We also run a 'Practical Dads' course - a great way for dads-to-be to find out how they can best support you in labour and with your new baby. They'll meet fellow dads-to-be and get to ask lots of questions too!! Why not buy a course for your husband/partner so they can feel more involved?

Our courses are £70 per session or £160 if you buy a group of 3 (to be taken over the course of your pregnancy).
Each session costs less than a night out with your partner, but the information you'll learn and the practical tips will be invaluable.
