• The Ickle Pickles Children's Charity with Telferscot Primary School will be providing a helping hand at the checkouts to Sainsbury's Balham customers by bag-packing on 14.02.14
• Customers can choose to make a donation on the day
• All money raised will be going to The Ickle Pickles Children's Charity to be used for St Georges Hospital, Neonatal Units

Customers at Sainsbury's Balham are set to be offered a helping hand at the till by a local cause. Volunteers from Telferscot Primary School will be providing a bag-packing service for customers on Valentine's Day, to raise money for The Ickle Pickles Children's Charity Pickle with Telferscot Primary School

The children from Telferscot Primary who will be taking part in the bag-pack which runs from 11.00am said: "We're really looking forward to helping pack Balham customer's shopping and would like to take the opportunity to thank Sainsbury's for their support and helping to raise awareness of Ickle Pickle."

Customers will be able to make a donation to the The Ickle Pickles Children's Charity on the day, with collection buckets being situated on the back of every checkout.

Store Manager John Stanton added: "It's always helpful to have support during the busy summer holidays, so we're delighted to invite Telferscot Primary School to help us out and we hope the day helps to raise awareness of our partnership with them".
