Warning from local police

The police at Wandsworth have had several reports of distraction burglary recently that they would like to warn you about.
One suspect is a white female, aged 20-30, about 5ft 6ins tall, with long blonde hair. The other two are white males, aged 18-25; one is slim, with short ginger hair and the other has shoulder length black hair. They all claim to be from the water board and ask to test the water, subsequently distracting the victim and stealing property.
These people will often try to panic you into opening the door, sometimes claiming that there are water leaks or health problems. Do not be taken in by them. Don't open the door, and ask them to call back later, after you have checked up on them. Don't forget, it is highly unlikely that a water company will call asking for samples and if there is a water leak, you will almost certainly know about it. If you have ANY suspicions, please call the police, using the 999 system.

I was speaking to someone today telling me that Barclays in Earlsfield has had two raids in one week! Police reckon that the public are now being targetted by the raiders instead of the cashiers. They watch people's routines and know who goes to deposit large amounts of cash on a regular basis. So if that's you. Change your routine.
