Balham's Big Society

Wandsworth has a programme called the Wandsworth Challenge and is billed as a 'new approach to providing public services'.  I smell a Big Society vibe coming on ... Their press release goes on ... 'It will mean finding new and efficient ways of doing things, while at the same time involving local people and community groups and empowering residents to help themselves'.
