Matt leBlanc Spotted Filming BBC Comedy Episodes at Harrison's Restaurant in Balham

Harrison's restaurant in Balham hosted a BBC production crew yesterday, filming a scene from comedy series Episodes with everyone's favourite Friend Matt leBlanc.

LeBlanc, famous worldwide for his role as Joey Tribbiani in Friends, last week picked up a Golden Globe Award in LA for his role as a fictional version of himself in the BBC2 comedy series Episodes.

Balham twitterati were on red alert when a resident spotted the crew outside the popular Harrison's bar and restaurant on Bedford Hill. Early enquiries led to this response from Sam Harrison, proprietor of the restaurant "Harrison's closed for filming until 7pm. Not allowed to say what ... but pretty big show and some A list stars".

However, Balham celeb hunters were on the case and it wasn't long before the secret was out "Matt le Blanc filming in Harrisons. Been spotted outside smoking - worth a drive by!" tweeted @megssw17.

BBC HD is currently showing series 1 of Episodes with the next programme on Monday 23 January at 10pm.

Actually, BBC HD is currently repeeating series 1. They 'be making a rather bigger noise about it if series 2 had started.
